The Mission Accomplish the Mission! The Centre’s mission is to create places of synergy, where Conservation Science and Conservation Tourism join together for Education, Training and Research to benefit the local biodiversity. This will be accomplished by: Near the proposed Marakele National Park site Conducting multidisciplinary, practical research in special facilities at our three Conservation Science Centres; Building capacity through training local people in modern conservation technologies; Instilling an appreciation in local communities and throughout our three host countries for the value of wildlife; and, Providing an unmatched opportunity for individuals and groups to directly experience and support science and nature by visiting the Africa Conservation Science Centres in South Africa, Botswana and Namibia.
