Whether your organization has decided to conduct a golf or tennis tournament as part of the Annual Meeting or would like to host an event to 'Thank' your business partners or support a charity, generally the professional skills do not exist on your staff to make the event a success.

Our organization, Tournament Resource Management, runs tournaments for a business. Our professional staff has been trained to provide the skills and management oversight so that you and your staff don't have to.
Since no two events have the same goals, no two events are planned or managed in the same fashion. However, there are a set number of required steps which must be taken during the process from the pre-event phase, to the day of the event and, through the wrap-up.
